What's in an almost 6 month olds meal?
« on: December 18, 2013, 18:38:20 pm »
Right now DD gets BM with oatmeal cereal and one type of puree (peas, pears, carrots, squash, apple, or sweet potato) once a day. How should I increase this? Add another meal? And another puree at her 1 meal a day? Add a protein?

I plan to start baby led weaning at 6 months.

TIA!
Nini

At that age, we were only doing one type of food once a day too. I did initially give mine baby cereal but she ended up really constipated so I ditched it and just stuck to home made stuff. Mine was only having 1 table spoon to start with (breakfast only).
