5 month old girl / boy twins
« on: December 30, 2013, 02:58:19 am »
Hi all
I'm new here and right now I'm struggling with my boy twin waking up every night either at 1:30 am or 3 am
My twin girl sleeps through the night. They both go to sleep around 6:30 and I've tried keeping them up later but the get miserable and so that is their bedtime
I'm not sure why my boy keeps waking
Also they both hardly nap maybe two naps a day for 45 minutes at most
I'm also struggling with the idea of separating them in to different nurseries
Just looking for any suggestions
Also I rock my boy to sleep and as soon as I put him down he cries
I understand pu/pd but sometimes his crying interferes with his twin sisters sleep
Thanks!

Hi jenbas!

Welcome to the babywhispererforums..

The problem might not be isolated on to night wakings, could be many things he is hungry, or over tired.

You might want to start with fixing his day to solve the situation at night.

Read through the resources on EASY setup.. Will help you. Get started..

Try and post his eat , activity, sleep cycle for a typical day, so that we can help you with the details..

also don't worry the issue is a minor hiccup in the larger schema of things , it will all work out fine..
