Quick OT nap question
« on: January 18, 2014, 22:02:25 pm »
Hi,

Hoping there's someone  out there who can help :)  We've been dealing with a badly OT baby for the past couple weeks - yesterday was really bad.  Today he went down for nap and is going on almost 2 hours. I wonder if I should wake him at the regular time (in 5 mins) or should I just let him sleep as long as he can to try to remedy the OT situation?

Thanks!!

I would probably let him sleep up to 2.5hrs? Sometimes I let mine have up to 3hrs in the pm (she's down to 2 naps) and I accept that she will probably go down later at night, which works out ok for us.

hth a little :)

Thank you!!  He ended up waking just when I saw your reply, at about 2:20 into the nap.  He woke up happy for the first time in days so I'm glad I let him sleep :)   And he went down for his CN without too much fuss, also for the first time in days.  Fingers crossed we can beat the OT beast soon!

Thanks again!
