Just chiming in. How much sleep is she getting in 24hrs? As a mama of a lsn kid I would advise starting the anp drop. We started ours (through nap refusal) at 24 months and were done completey with naps by 30 months, so she doesn't seem young at all to me. Just a different perspective for you.

My DS did not take kindly to capped naps so we gradually increased the number of NND from once a week to every day - just follwed his lead really. We put a DVD on after lunch and if he was tired he would sleep, and if not at least he was sat down!

Hmm I think she would get between 10 and 12.5 hrs in 24 at the moment if she naps. No nap I pd early and she goes to sleep faster,  but tacks on at the start of the night and generally maintains the same wu. So could do 11h or so in that case?
Being a problematic napper from birth I am suprised she still naps really. I didn't nap as a baby after 6mths but I sttn 7-7. Hmmm... dd's never done consistent 12h nights, either. Maybe she doesn't need that much sleep?

Fabulous! DS mostly tacks on early in the evening but when he's tired enough will add to his morning too.
