Hungrier baby milk

I know that many parents between 3 and 5 months who FF switch to "hungrier baby milk" as baby doesn't seem satisfied and drinks too many oz, but is too young for weaning.

I have noticed my BM getting thicker and seem more fatty when in the fridge. Does BM naturally change around this age to satisfy baby more?

Yip, the composition of your milk is constantly changing according to the needs if your baby.

If Baby is born prematurely, your milk is just the right balance for what their body can handle at that premature stage!!
Similarly, as Baby grows, the composition of it changes and adapts according to what Baby can digest & what Baby needs to sustain them.

No doubt - boobie milk is amazing stuff

Yes and in fact the longer your BFing relationship the fattier your milk. So people who feed toddlers have very fatty milk. Amazing isn't it?

this is a bit OT, but if you tandem feed does the milk suit the baby, or the toddler?  The baby I'm assuming?

Yes the baby I believe. It turns to colostrum half way through the pregnancy and only back to milk after birth.
