EASY sample routines for 6-9months?
« on: March 23, 2014, 16:12:52 pm »
Hi ladies,

I'm looking for a link or just examples of others routines for 6-9 months.  I think my DS is ready for 3hrs of A but I'm trying to figure out how to ensure he still gets a solid 12 hrs a night, which he desperately needs.  Anyone want to share their routine?

I remember at 7mo DS2 was having 2x 1.5hr naps and 3x 3hr A times.
DS1 was high sleep needs and did 2x 2hr naps so his A times were only 2hr30 first thing and then 2hr45 middle and before BT.

YES!!  That is so my little man.  I feel like he should be able to stay awake for longer than 2.5 hrs but he conks out in the morning so quickly.  I'll try 2hr 45 minutes in the afternoon.  Thank you ladies!!!

Is he sleeping well for naps and at night? If so don't feel you have to change anything just because he "should" be able to do 3hr A times.  If it ain't broke,  don't fix it!  ;)
