Hi!
My little guy is 20 weeks old. We are still on the 3 hours EASY schedule. However, he wakes almost every 3 to 3.5 hours at night and I feed him (some AP). I'm am trying to figure out a solution to get him to sleep longer in the night. Prior to his 4 month growth spurt he would eat at 6:30, sleep, dream feed at 9:30 and then sleep until 2:30-4 consistently. Since his growth spurt, he is up every 3 - 3.5 hours, he even wakes right before 9:30 to eat. This working momma needs some sleep.
I'm wondering if he would benefit from a 3.5 EASY schedule. If you could please post an example of one, I would appreciate it. He can easiliy stay awake for 2 hours. We've been shh/pat since 12 weeks. I think we'll start PU/PD this weekend, but I'm afraid he is actually hungry during the night and I don't want to not feed him if he's hungry.
Please let me know your thoughts!
