Hi there!

Personally I wouldn't cap more than 1.5 - it's not an excessive amount of sleep at this age. It is a tough old age ime for sleep and shenanigans, not helped in the least bit by teeth. I know it's hard, but I would just hold fire and try and ride it out for a bit xx
