Bad nap day - should you move bedtime earlier?

If you have a day when all naps are short...30 minutes.   Should you put your LO (in my case he is 3 months old) to bed earlier in the evening?   Or just stick to his standard time?

Usually I would go for an earlier bedtime, or at that age maybe stick in an extra CN to make it to BT.

30 min naps are usually a sign of OT, so you might want to look at your whole routine.  At 3 months average A time is 1 hr20-30mins.

At that age I always just snuck in an extra nap, APOPing it (e.g. by going for a walk) if necessary.
