Taking a long time to fall asleep at night...Is it ot or ut
« on: October 25, 2014, 00:57:37 am »
My 16 mo lo is taking a long time to fall asleep at night recently. He's usually up around 730 naps from 1230/1 ish to 230-3 so about 1.5 nap sometimes more sonetimes less. He usually does a 12 hr day and I put him in crib by 730 at night. But lately it's taking him longer to fall asleep but he seems tired. Tonight he went into crib at 735 and didn't fall asleep until 805. He's happy and content in his crib with his lovey but it just seems like a long time to me. Should I put him in earlier knowing that it takes him a while to fall asleep or does he need more A time. I really can't tell!

Hi there...since this thread is pretty similar to your other one I am going to lock it and link back to that one to keep the advice in one place  :)

Help Naps are getting shorter and taking longer to fall asleep at night!
