to stimulate my breast, pump after feeding, so it's not to much, only 30~40ML/time, can I mix it with formula to feed my boy next time?

You can but you need to make sure you make the formula according to directions first and then add the breast milk to it which runs the risk of it being wasted. If you are pumping regularly in the day you would be better to add all the collected milk together to make one feed, check on the breastfeeding board, but I think you can collect over more than one day and offer that.
