13mth old early to rise

My 13mth old usually gets up at

8am
1pm nap
2.45-3-pm wake
8pm bed


Now she can stay awake to almost 9pm at night and has started to wake from 6am onwards.

Help please? X

How long has she been on one nap? Is it usually a two hour nap? Any other changes...teeth, illness, daycare?

She's been on one nap a few weeks now. She was never a good sleeper during the day or night, but its only in the last month or so that she's been going down for a good nap.

No other changes, although I do notice when she's sleeping you can hear the milk coming back up into her throat so she has to swallow. Not sure if this is anything to do with it or not.

This morning she's very clingy to me but can see any teeth coming.

Shoud I cut her daytime nap down to 1.5 hours?

I think I would try that for a few days. Does she have a history of reflux? I have read that it can be a factor during gs.

Ok thank you ill do that. She has had reflux since he was born but she's managed through it without any meds. It does annoy her and sometime I can distract her but obviously not at night. :-)
