Bf and 4 hour EASY - quick question

Just a quick question:

How does everyone fit bf into the 4 hour easy? I can't remember where I saw a tip about top up feeds before naps - did I see this or did I imagine it?

Both of mine moved to 4 day time feeds at 4mo so fed at the start of the first three A times and the at BT although I know many don't make it to 4hrs until closer to 6mo. Some people feed again half an hour later and she half an hour before naps.
