Swaddling with access to hands/fingers?
« on: March 10, 2015, 11:34:40 am »
DD2 needs to be swaddled and seems to like her Woombie but lately really needs her hands to be by her face and lately has been sucking her fingers to soothe.  Has Anyone left hands poking out of Woombie? Kind of awkward but not sure how else to help her. She still needs to be swaddled tightly but the hands are definitely becoming an issue and she is very frustrated when can't get to them.   She had been busting out of her old swaddle blanket so I've been using Woombie for both naps and BT.

Hi Jen, no BTDT experience with Woombie, but have you seen Love to Dream Swaddle?  They have arms up, maybe worth considering.

I would also think of an Aussie swaddle, have you seen that?
