My 11 week old pretty often has 50-60 min naps and I can't figure out why. This can happen after an hour of A up to an hour 45 of A (sometimes without much in terms of sleepy cues), so can't figure out if it's an overtired or under tired issue or something else. Or maybe she's hungry even though it's been just two to two and half hours since last eating? Often I can resettle her after and she will fall asleep for another 50-60 mins. I am working on gradually weaning from APOP associations. Not sure if these naps are just the length of her sleep cycles and she's not connecting them because of the APOP we are working on, or if she's not tired enough for two hour naps (even though I can get her to go back to sleep), or if this is just the way she is!
Any thoughts?
