I registered a month ago and I received the email saying that my registration request is received and that it needs to be approved. It's been a month since then and I received neither approval nor denial.
I left another request a week ago, but again I didn't received any response regarding my request.
I checked my spam folder, but it's empty.
Do you have some kind of freeze?
How often do you review those requests and who gets an approval?
I really want to discuss my baby's routine and sleep issues, but I'm not able to.
