What to do when you miss a nap?
« on: August 24, 2015, 17:13:46 pm »
Hiya,

Just wanted to find out what's the best way to handle a missed nap? My LO is 5.5 months old with an A time of 2hrs 40 mins.

We have to sometimes miss a nap because I have to drop oldest son to school etc, and I'm unsure of what to do when we miss a nap.

Any help or advice appreciated!

Hmmm I am not quite sure I understand "missing" nap. Nap maybe be later but missing literally would make LO's A times extremely long. When you do the drop off can you have a nap in a stroller or car seat? Even short mobile nap is better than pushing to looong A.
