Another nap question
« on: November 30, 2015, 16:18:10 pm »
Ok I'm back again!
If my lo continues to nap well when she is feeling better after her bronchiolitis.
She has always had a short cat nap around 6-6:30pm after a feed around 5-5:30.
My question is when to start bedtime after this??
I have been doing it so she has her bedtime feed around half and hour earlier than due, but it feels like bathtime etc is being rushed cos she starts to get too grumpy  ???
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks again x

Hi there!  Sorry I missed your reply from your other post.  Bronchitis?!  That's a little scary in a tiny baby!  For my boys, I always aimed to have them in bed, eyes closed, by 7pm.  So they had their CN around 4:45/5 until 5:30/5:45, bottle upon waking and then bath time started at 6:30pm.

Thanks,
Bedtime is usually eyes closed by 8:30 and looking at your routine mine looks similar just a little later so I will keep going. She does sleep in til 8-8:30 in the morning which suits us at present anyway.
