What is a 1hr15 nap?
« on: February 16, 2016, 11:23:24 am »
We were at 2.20 a time and getting 1hr15 naps. I couldn't always resettle so figured ut.  I've extended to 2hr30mins for the last 2 days and got 1hr30 to 2hr naps again. Sometimes with a 1hr15 wu but I could resettle. Today he woke at 1hr15 and I couldn't resettle. What does 1hr15 usually mean?

For some babies it's the perfect nap, for others it's just a period of shorter naps.  Perhaps your LO needs an A time push?  You didn't mention their age.

He is 5months. He has just had an a increase but if it keeps happening I'll try another. I was just curious because we seem to have just overcome the 30 min wu during every nap and now have 1hr15 instead! I'll see what happens today. Thanks!
