At around the birthday mark sleep can get really tough. For every birthday until the last one (he turned 6) we struggled for a month either side. You could be going through a bit of this. If she has a short nap in the day you can try for a reply early bedtime (EBT) so bring it right forward to may even 6pm? See if that helps overcome tiredness?

Hopefully that canine will pop through soon horrid teething. Your welcome Hun, currently having birthday shenanigans with my 4 yr old who's bday is in 3 weeks so I'm with you on the NW  ;)
