How early would you go?

Dd2 is 7 months and we're having one of those days! She's going to need a SEBT but I don't know how early to go for...

The day has looked like this

Wu 5.30
Nap 9.10-10.10
Nap 11.45-12.10 (nodded off on way to dd1 hospital appt)
Refused naps this afternoon (tried buggy/car/rocking)

We had nap refusal on Tuesday; he didn't sleep after 10.30am. I managed to have him in bed by 17.40 (asleep).

She fell asleep on my bed after I'd got her pj's on at 5pm!!!

I'm praying now for at least a 12hr night....
