How long is a "good nap" technically? 2+ hours?

Depends on the age. But usually 1.5hrs is a good nap. 45min-1.5hrs is usually an UT nap and less than 45 is ot or possibly just discomfort or not able to resettle yet.

YAY for the good night. A 1.5hr nap is GREAT. Great job.
