We deciddd to keep the df. Will look at dropping it next month.

We are still getting wakings which vary every night and might be teething.

Our EASY now is really consistent.

Awake 7/7.15

Bottle 7oz

Nap 10-11.30/12

Lunch 11.30/12

Bottle 2pm 5/7oz sometimes not fussed and won't have much

Nap 2.30/3-4

Dinner 4.30

Bath and bottle 7oz

Asleep for 6.30pm

He wakes 2.5-3 hours after falling asleep needing teething gel and dummy.

I don't know if there's much I can do? I can't think of anything other than teething to cause his wake ups as our EASY is pretty consistent? Any help would be great!

Lo is 7 months on 30th October

Hi!

Many hugs!

I went through this and anytime I go through it again (waking shortly after BT) it's because he's not tired enough from his day. Again, this is my humble advice here ;)

I would try and push ONE of his A times to 3.15.. for a few days. Whichever you push is up to you but only ONE A TIME... and keep it at that new change for a consistent 3-4 days. See if it helps any

:)

Could the night wakings between 3-5am be due to that too?

I'm honestly not too sure. Hadn't the NWs resolved?

If they started up again so quickly it could maybe be discomfort? How is he during those wakes?

They've come back but varying every night.

We pushed his bedtime back to 7.15iah and that first night he slept all the way to 6am then resettled and slept until 7.40.

Yesterday he only had a nap of an hour in the pm and couldn't get him to resettle and he went to bed 7.15 so awake 2 hours 45 before bedtime (same as night before) and woke 3am but had to go to him a few times within the hour then 6.40am.

During the wake ups it varies. Sometimes I'm not sure he's awake. His eyes are closed and whinging with the odd wail and tossing side to side, sometimes rubbing his eyes.

If he wakes around 6 usually eyes open but he falls back to sleep.
Thank you for all your help!

Your welcome!

Good vibes on the night wakes. I guess it's a matter of nailing A times or making sure that BT is set well too.

Xo :)
