Mother to sheá 28.06 07 and eabhà 01.08.16

Here is a link to some sample routines. At this age babies are still pretty inconsistent so I wouldn't expect it to be perfect but something to try to aim for on the whole.

chronological EASY samples, 0-3 months

I don' t think there is such a thing as a "perfect" routine at any age. BW is about observing your baby and find the routine that works for your baby & for you.. & accepting that there will be many days that don't go to plan and the routines keep changing a lot over the first year.

Looking for perfect is often a the route to obsession & stress. "Good enough" is often a more realistic way to go.
