Sounds like UT wakings to me, some of his A times on those days really are quite short for a 10.5 month old and may be why you are getting short naps too.

Essentially once you get to 4h A you need to choose which nap to keep long, and which to cut short/'cap'.  With a long morning nap the day can look like:

WU 6
Nap 10-11.30/12 (allow to sleep)
Nap 3/3.30/4 for 30-45 mins
BT 7 (as you can see the day gets longer but a 13h day is plenty - if you want to keep an earlier BT you'd need to cut the pm nap even shorter but the aim is to hold off the 2-1 for a while so letting the day go longer is often a better short-term option)

With a short am nap you'd go for something like:

WU 6
Nap 9.30 for 30-45 mins
Nap 1/1.30 for 1.5-2h
BT 7ish
(shorter A times earlier in the day due to the shorter nap, then a longer stretch awake before bed)

What do you think?

That sounds great I will defo try that I think he would better with the long afternoon nap as he tends to always need to be woken from that one I will defo give it a try
What's the total amount of nap time sleep hebshojld be having at this age and I will have to try the 7pm bedtime x if I'm doing the longer second nap should I wake him from the first nap if he's stil asleep x

So he's actually having a longer am nap today he went at half 9 and is still asleep now at 11
Does it have to be the same long nap every day ? Or can u sometimes do a long am nap then a long pm nap ? So say if he's not awake by half 11 that would 2 hours would u then wake him up x

You can be flexible if it works for you both :D  I liked the predictability but lots of people find they can work it both ways to fit round groups etc.  I think 2h for the long nap is plenty x

Yeh I like naps to be predictable to so I will probably stick to the same long nap but if we are doing something will have to change it
He woke up himself at 11.30 so he had 2 hours bless him
If he woke at half 11 what time would u do next nap and it's ok to be just 30-45 mins isn't it would I wake him after that long if he was stil sleeping I have to go out so e will probably just have to cat nap in his pram this afternoon x

A short 30 min cat nap in his pram as we were out it was quite late tho and e woke from that at 3.45 I think it was ..
2.30am he woke doesn't want a bottle won't even suck it
And has been lying awake moaning and babbling for the past half hour I could cry!

Hi hun, I'm sorry I know it's so hard. If you left him be would he put himself back to sleep?

Hmm yes teeth pain has also caused some long quite odd wakings here, one night DS was singing merrily at the top of his voice at 2am ::)
