I know its normal for them to get up at night to nurse...but every 1-2..to 30-15mins is exhausting. I know there might be other issues but i want to see if this works.

Feeding when less distracted worked for us. In a dark quiet room before and after sleep is usually best.

I try but i also have a loud toddler who i cant leave alone. I try to distract him but even then...

Because hes not sleeping well in the day and waking so much at night, he will fall asleep even afterw aking up from a nap.

Maybe try and concentrate on feeds when your toddler isn't around like before he gets up in the morning, while he naps, in the evening if daddy is home to distract him for 10 minutes etc. Then in between just offer very frequently. It is just a phase and it will pass so hang in there.
