Hello! I have been MIA for a while, avid BW followers with the first three kids. Baby #4 came this past January and he was a dream and slept well (though never through the night) until the 4month sleep regression. It seems like nothing we do gets him to sleep well at night. I have recorded his schedule the past few days and will share below.
He's a laid back baby, but VERY busy. He gets distracted easily while nursing (3 siblings to distract him and for him to want to keep up with), so I often have to go into another room to get him to sort of focus. His room is very dark with white noise playing. No pacifier or lovie, and he settles himself well to sleep (except in the middle of the night). Routine to bed is to change diaper and put on sleep sack, read story, sing song in the dark, and then I will hold him vertical over my shoulder to calm and lay in crib. He usually rolls over and falls back to sleep.
