@ 7 mths I feel clueless as @ 7 wks

I feel so down.  We mnaged to do PUPD and finally had our dd getting to sleep on her own about 6 wks ago for a few weeks.  but I think I screwed up.  I decided to drop the df since she was hardly taking any and it was at 8.45pm. But she started waking up at night which she hadn't done since she was 10 wks old apart from grwth spurts and so after 5nights of this I brouhgt it back.  But it is too late?!  I dont know if it's that or teething (she not drooling or chewing at all) or sep anxiety or new skills or that she has a bit of a cold now (although that just started this week) but these past 2 wks she has beenwaking up every hour or two and screaming for up to an hour and half.  She doesn't seem to want me to pick her up but she can't get back to sleep.  I have given her water the past couple of nights as I think she had a sorethroat and I raised her mattress up so she could breathe easier.  Today and yesterday her naps have gone wrong too.  Doyou think this is the df problem?  Ifeel like it must be that that kicked it off.  is there anything I can do?  I feel like I havne't made any mothering progress in 7 months and am just so tired all over again when I should be gettingthe hang of it by now!!!

well yesterday she cut her first tooth!  i felt a tiny ridge under the gum and today it is peeking out a bit and she has been much more cheerful in general so that gives me hope!  we shall see how it goes tonight tho as last night we were up A LOT! She ended up taking about 8 oz of water in 6 wakings  - is this ok?   she was coughing a lot and it seemed to help her get back to sleep but will this likely become a habit? or is this too much water to drink?  her cold seems to be getting better. thanks!
