I'm wondering if its better to offer a bottle of formula first then solids or vice versa, do it really make a difference? Thanks

It's really up to you. The advantage of doing bottle first is that you can be certain that your LO is filling up on formula, which should continue to be his/her main source of nutrition for several more months. Some moms do it the other way around and don't have any trouble keeping formula intake up, so it's a matter of what works best for your LO!

Formula or Solids first?

I give solids first and then formula; I have to admit it is hard to make sure that she takes enough formula this way because sometimes she fills herself up on solids but I am managing her reflux without medication this way so to me it is worth it.
