My 7 month old daughter has started waking at night around 1-2 A.M. for the last 1 1/2 months. At first she seemed very hungry so I would feed her and she'd fall right back to sleep. Now she only eats 2 oz or so and goes right back to sleep but, of course, is still waking up between 1-2 a.m. I want to try the PU/PD method for the next couple of days instead of feeding her at night. Is this the best method to use right now to break her of the habit or does someone have any better ideas for me. Thanks.
