How much Fenugreek??

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could help - I have just decided to start taking Fenugreek to assist my supply because I pump twice a day while at work and have been starting to have more difficultly getting a decent amount. 

I have purchased Fenugreek in capsule form - 1000mg per capsule.  I was wondering how many capsules to take per day?

I took 2 capsules of 1000mg, 3 times a day. Basically when  you smell like maple syrup you are taking enough!
