Sleeptime is not playtime!
« on: January 12, 2006, 00:19:18 am »
Hi, my 9 week old ds has just discovered how exciting playtime can be and wants to play all the time. I have been using EASY for the last 4 weeks and the routine has been great - however now after Activity when l try and put ds to sleep he will stay awake and then find something to play with in his bed even if it is just laughing at the wall. Should l ignore his laughs (these then turn to cries) to get up and play or should l stick to the EASY routine?
At night he will sleep from between 7 / 8pm  - 4 /5am.

Let him giggle and play, go in to comfort when he crys.  On the bright side, he is learning to entertain himself. :D
