Any tips for single side feedings?
« on: January 15, 2006, 01:32:29 am »
If you've been double side feeding up until now, then just continue to do so. It takes a lot of frequency feeding to get onto single sided, since your breasts are used to feeding the way they are.

I switched to double sided around 3-4 months and continued that way until he weaned. Single sided worked great for us at first due to a huge supply. Every nursing mom and child is different, so if you've figured out what works for you, why switch?

Thanks Stacy, it is nice to get feedback!  Many of my friends bottle feed, so I don't have many people to discuss breastfeeding with.  I appreciate the advice!
