question about DreamFeed

What would be the difference between feeding him when he wakes up and DF.  He goes to bed at 7:30, wakes up at 11:30/12 and then at 4:30/5.  What efect would a DF have on his night sleep.  Would it help sleep through the night?  At what time should i give it to him.

Hi Margarita

The idea of a dream feed is to feed them in that 11/11.30 slot without actually waking them which in theory should increase the amount of time they sleep over night.

Can you give us some other details about your lo? Age and schedule.

Are you cluster feeding as well? Its useful to do this in conjunction with a dream feed.

love
Marie
