How long does it take something you've eaten to pass thru breast milk?  So if you've eaten something that disagrees with them, how long would it take to show up?

I have the EXACT same question.  How many meals/snacks backwards do you need to think in order to start figuring it out?

I think if it is pretty serious allergy, you would see within hours. If it is less serious like Max's intolerance was, I usually saw it the next day. It takes about a week to get allergens out of your milk if you're doing an elimination diet.

Fussy babies can sometimes not tolerate prenatal vitamins.
