Dreamfeeding a beautiful thing
« on: February 01, 2006, 01:38:57 am »
Just wanted to share a happy story....

My ds had slept through the night a few times, but then had a bad cold and had been waking up 3 times a night for over a week (even after he was over the cold).

I had just got the BW book and found this site and decided to try the dreamfeed idea. My husband couldn't believe I was going to wake up a sleeping baby, but I did and it worked... my ds never woke up completely, just ate... and slept through the night (8pm to 7am).

Also, I just thought it was neat, not only to get him to sleep through the night, but to just watch a baby do what they are made to do... I was in awe that he would just start eating in his sleep.
