My youngest daughter is almost five months old and still isn't anywhere close to sleeping through the night. We gave up the binkie about a week & a half ago and she hasn't seemed bothered by this. As a matter of fact, she doesn't appear to miss it anymore. I've attempted to put her on 4 hour EASY, but we're at more of a half way point. She's on a 3 1/2 hour routine and takes three naps a day. I'm trying to push her to stay awake longer in the middle of the day, so we can work towards two longer naps. This is, basically, our day:
5:00 to 6:30 AM Wakes
7:00 E
7:20 A
9:00 S
10:00 Wake
10:30 E
10:50 A
12:00 S
12:30 Wake
1:30 E
1:50 A
2:30 S
5:00 Wake & E
5:30 A
7:15 E, then bedtime routine
7:45 - 8:00 Bedtime
10:30 Wake and E - dream feed
2:30 Wakes (takes anywhere from 30 min. to over an hour to go back to sleep)
5:00 Wakes (sometimes goes back to sleep; if not, we give up by 6:30)
Does anyone see anything that I could change to encourage two daytime naps and sleeping all night?
Thank You!!!!
