wakes up too early! :)

my dd is 22months and sleeps in a bed and LOVES it - she goes to bed great and takes naps great and sleep time has just been great- ;D.... Except we all got sick about 3weeks ago and ever since she now wakes up between 5:30- and 6:30 am -she is still tired but will not go back to bed- any suggestions? She normally would wake up between 7:30 and 8am.  She naps for about 2 hrs during the day usually 12:30-2:30 and goes to bed at 8--8:30 pm. I owuld love any suggestions- I also have a 6 month old who gets up about 3 times and I am exhausted!

Hi Kalani, check out my reply to momofowen "19 mos and a monster at night" I think that is the title...I gave her some info on early am wakings and sleeping patterns I found useful for our daughter.
