Not sure where to post: Question on Growth Spurts

When do Growth Spurts usually happen? I have a 3 month old and today after doing EASY for a couple days with some success he wanted to eat after two hours and he downed both breasts. If he is having a growth spurt how should I adjust for the 3 hour EASY and his naps or will we just be off till he gets his fill. Suggestions welcome

to answer the first question - 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 9 weeks, 3 months, 6 months are the biggies.  after that it seems to depend on the baby.  so it probably is likely that he's going through a growth spurt now.

you will probaby just be a little off for a week or so (sometimes 2) what may end up happening is something more like EAESY for a bit.  the one thing you want to keep an eye on is that you do not feed him to sleep and risk introducing that prop.

Just want to add that if you can manage even 5 minutes between the E and the S that will make a big difference in avoiding the eat-to-sleep association.
