I wanted to thank everyone who posted suggestions about getting my lo to sleep on her own we tried several ideas and she is finally sleeping on her own again and settling herself through the night.  Thanks again so much the site has been a great help my husband and I were at our wits ends and now we actually get some time alone together in the evenings.
