weaning from nightfeeding...

any advice from anyone on weaning baby from nightfeeding?  i am completely stressed out about this as my lo is still eating every 2 hrs....he is 8.5 months and in bed with us (working on that right now too). 

can anyone offer advice?

He's bf...and in the process of moving him from our bed....it's a big mess right now.  We had him out on his own then he got ill and we brought him back in....bad mistake.  Now he loves being with me and snacking all night long...we have tried to cut back the feeds and then move him to his crib, but its like he doesn't want to settle without a full feed.

hi!! well i have a link for you - it will help wean chase by minutes every few nights until it won't be worth it for him to wake up anymore - worked wonders with alecks!!  will take some time but just like pu/pd worth it in the end.  sorry to hear that chase was sick - hope he is better now!! here is the link!
