Hi Everyone,
I have just started to introduce a snack for my DD after her PM nap to get her through until dinner however just wanted some ideas as to what i can give her?
At the moment i am giving her arrowroot biscuits. Also want to try cheese as well.
Any other ideas please....

we do fruit pieces, also veggie pieces as she doesn't eat veggies at tea time much, dd has a cup of milk when she gets up so i guess this is her snack, we also do small boxes of sultanas dd just love these, these are great for when you are on the go
