teething?
« on: March 22, 2006, 21:20:42 pm »
I didn't know where to post this so I decided to go here. I was wondering if my lo could be teething. For the past couple of weeks he's been waking up more frequently at night. This is unusual bc normally he'll sleep 7-8 hours straight. Some of his other symptoms that have showed up in the last couple of weeks: drooling (I thought it was bc his saliva glands came in), sucking/chewing on his fingers, and he's had very loose stools. He's not been fussy or feverish and I've noticed some bumps in his gumline at the top, but there's been no redness or inflammation. We haven't done anything different these things have just popped up. He's only 12 weeks old. I know it's possible for him to teeth now but has anyone else gone through this? Any ideas? Thanks!

could be teething - but i would be more inclined to think 12-week growth spurt.   :D

I'm thinking it might be a growth spurt too. I have him on a 3 hour EASY and yesterday he wanted to eat full feedings every 2 hours! I guess time will tell. Thank you for the imput.  :)
