We give a variety of stuff at each meal. Breakfast is usually something new (one cube of it). When Jalyn finishes that, we give her cereal. Lunch is 3 cubes: a veggie or 2 and a fruit or maybe yogurt (sweet potatoes is usually a must have, as that hides the nasty vitamin taste). Again, if she's still hungry I give her cereal until she's full. Dinner is usually 2 cubes, maybe a fruit and veggie. Then cereal until she's full again. Also, anytime she has a food that is runny in the least (Jalyn likes her food thick) I add cereal to it... yogurt, defrosted pears banana, mango.
