Recording routines
« on: May 26, 2006, 15:07:13 pm »
Hi!

I just got the book yesterday and read it last night.

My question involves recording his routines. I understand I write down the time he eats, but do I count activity time from the time he finishes eating? Also, with sleep. Sometimes it takes him awhile to get to sleep, do I record the time we started to go to sleep, or the actual time he fell asleep?

Thanks!

Hi there  ;D  welcome to the BW

I record from actual sleep time, as the windown part should be at the end of his 'A' time.

A time is after eating, however you will hear other BW's (inc myself) also refering to this as awake time i.e time awake from either wake or or last nap to the next nap or bedtime.

Give me a shout if I have confused you  :-\
