buying pixels

Hello, I have been trying to buy pixels this morning. It allows me to choose how many I want and where, then I choose my picture but when I click continue it says unexpected error - grid not found. ?????

Any ideas?  Is it something I'm doing? I am notoriously bad at technical stuff!!

On the pixels subject, is it necessary to 'link the picture to a URL'. I couldn't get past the point where it was asking me to do this and I don't have a URL of my own. Can I pick any??

Hi Andy, sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you, I waited until my hubby was home just in case it was me doing something wrong. It happened again. It says grid not found. I have tried changing the positioning etc but I just don't know.
