Quick question about paracetemol

Hi, does anyone know if paracetemol passes through to breastmilk?  My lo has had paralink 6 hourly over the past 24 hours and my head is about to explode, but i dont know if its safe to take anything. Advise please....

I would call your doctor and ask.

On the box of paracetomol I have it says it is safe to be taken by pregnant and breast feeding mothers.
