Timing for the dreamfeed
« on: June 16, 2006, 23:37:01 pm »
I've just srated the dreamfeed about three weeks ago with my 5 month old and it is wokring great.  My question is can I do it earlier than 11 p.m. (i'm usually pretty tired by then and would like to go to bed a little earlier)?  She usually goes to bed around 7-7:30 (although we are having some problems with that...another post!)

Of course.  It is recommended to be done between 10-11, but I've also known people to do it around 9:30.  I always did it at 10.
Best wishes!
