2 simple question about site

can anyone help answer these questions,

1. just say i am in 'show new replies to your posts' when i post again to a post, how can i go straight back to 'show new replies to your posts'?

2. when i go to 'show new replies to your posts' and i view responses can i set it up to go back to my post?

I'll try 

1.  I hit the back button on my browser 3 times to get back to where I was in the "show new replies".  I am assuming you don't want to go back to the beginning to see all the posts you skipped over the first time...

2.  Not entirely sure if this will work... go to your profile.  On the left, modify profile and click on "Look and Layout Preferences"  then check the box next to "Return to topics after posting by default".  Again, not sure if that will do what you want it to or not.
