shift an EASY
« on: June 30, 2006, 11:40:46 am »
Is there a way to shift the whole EASY by 1 hr?

DS 6.5 mo, used tl go to bed at 7, get up 6:30~7, he started early wakes (4:45~) so we dropped the catnap and pulled up bedtime to 6.  Now he's sleeping 6-6, and we're having trouble moving bedtime back out since he's waking early.  Is there any way to shift the whole EASY by 1 hr?

Thanks!
Sarah

Have you considered shifting the bedtime in 10-15 min increments?  Or, shifting his nap times to a later start by 10-15 mins, thus moving bedtime as well.
